If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet in your residence hall room you may request help at the Information Technology Services desk located in the lobby of your residence hall.

To request help, please sign in with your AccessNet username and password and follow the instructions. If you do not have your AccessNet username and password you may request help with your Temple University ID number.
