If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet in your residence hall room you may request help at the Information Technology Services desk located in the lobby of your residence hall.

Please note that your AccessNet username and password are required to access various web sites at Temple University including, TUportal. Information Technology Services is providing a way to submit a request for help in your residence hall room using your Temple University ID number only as a convenience.
